Important
Escort services are not offered in countries where such services are not authorized under applicable law.
This applies in particular to France, Monaco and Italy.
Agence Élégance offers its escorts the opportunity to meet clients for dinners, shows, events, tourist or business travel. This service is strictly chargeable.
Any other interpretation would constitute a serious infringement of the privacy of both the escorts and their clients.
The escort service is freely agreed upon, where applicable, by mutual consent between the client and the escort.
Under no circumstances may it be considered a call-girl service or any service of a sexual nature.
The agency cannot be held responsible for the services performed by the hostesses within the framework of mutual respect and consent between the client and the escort.

Confidentiality
As discretion is a fundamental rule, escorts are formally prohibited from communicating their personal contact details to clients.
Clients are likewise strongly advised not to disclose their own, in strict respect of each party’s privacy.
Any exchange of private contact details between a client and an escort is strictly prohibited and shall be considered an act of client poaching.
Should such an exchange result in the two parties meeting privately outside the agency’s organization, Agence Élégance expressly reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
Escorts are bound by the strictest confidentiality regarding the identity and private life of their clientele.

Time Required to Reach an Appointment
A minimum period of approximately 1 hour after confirmation is generally required for an escort based in Geneva to reach the client at their hotel or residence within the Geneva area, and approximately 2 hours for any travel within the Lake Geneva region.

Payment
The full amount of the service agreed with the agency is payable upon the escort’s arrival.
Payments by credit card are accepted provided the agency has been informed in advance.
Following confirmation of the appointment, a secure payment link will be sent to the client.
Credit card payments are subject to a 7% processing fee.
Payments in euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD) are also accepted, subject to prior notice.
Agence Élégance Geneva regularly adjusts its prices in these currencies using an increased rate to cover exchange costs.

Advance Reservations and Cancellations
Any reservation made in advance, meaning prior to the appointment date, must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
Transport costs may, depending on the situation, be included in the reservation or paid directly to the escort on site, in agreement with the agency.
However, when travel expenses are exceptionally high, they must be paid at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation of an advance reservation, a rescheduling is exceptionally accepted once only.
Any second modification shall result in the definitive cancellation of the reservation, with all sums paid remaining the property of the agency, without any right to refund.
If, upon the escort’s arrival (excluding travel or long-distance journeys), the escort does not meet the client’s expectations, the client may decline the service.
As a matter of courtesy toward the escort who has traveled, compensation is then due for her time and travel, according to the escort’s category:
Categories 2 and 3: 200 CHF + travel expenses
Category VIP 4: 400 CHF + travel expenses
Categories VIP 5 and VIP 6: 600 CHF + travel expenses

Respect and Conduct
It is strictly forbidden to encourage escorts to consume narcotic substances or to consume alcohol excessively.
The client assumes full responsibility for his conduct during the service.
It is also formally prohibited to film or photograph the escort.
In the event of any difficulty or unforeseen situation, the agency remains reachable at all times and undertakes to intervene as quickly as possible in order to find an appropriate solution.
